Lower Carbon Footprint
All Smart-Space buildings are made using 100% recycled aluminium, reducing carbon emissions and supporting local industries. Did you know that our recycled aluminium produces just 2.95 kg of CO2 per kg, compared to the European average of 8 kg (representing a huge decrease of 63%!). We’re also incorporating solar panels into our permanent structures to help harness renewable energy.

Temporary storage buildings
Temporary interim storage buildings
If you need an insulated temporary building, our interim structure is an ideal choice. Unlike inflatable PVC options, it features a 40mm insulated composite roof and skylights, making it perfect for workshops or spaces where people are working. It requires a light footing and a level base, and can be relocated if necessary. Available for purchase or on pre-determined rental periods. Watch us installing an interim building here.
Permanent steel framed buildings
This is the best option if you are looking for a permanent storage solution. Almost as quick to erect as a temporary steel building, and at a fraction of the cost of a conventional bricks and mortar building. Designed to meet full building control, L2 compliant, and backed by a 25-year warranty, each structure is bespoke and available for purchase or lease.
Clear span storage buildings
When you need a massive amount of storage space, this is the way to go. These big steel box-framed buildings are the best way to maximise your storage volume, offering eaves heights of up to 12 meters and widths of up to 60 meters with a clear span. Choose between PVC air-insulated roofs or steel-clad roofs, depending on your needs. Each structure is designed to order, available for purchase or lease.
Refurbished Buildings
While we specialise in providing you with the building you need to suit your length of use, budget and performance requirement, occasionally we have used buildings for sale at very competitive prices, which may just suit your needs. This is part of our popular Smart Recycle scheme.
